With market economy is developing and perfecting gradually inChina,marketing is becoming more and more important to all of us. Becausemore and more people live in a kind of tone of marketing,immorality inmarketing has been focus that everyone cares of. In face of these newproblems,we must have a general and accurate responses on marketing.This article ia based on marketing theory and marketing moralitytheory . According these theorys that researchers has studied ,thisresearch is to establish a special marketing strategy which is composedof both morality programming and marketing to guide enterprise developthemselves on the right way in the new economic situation. Firstly, thearticle analyses morality, enterprise marketing,marketing ethnics andethical marketing and defines marketing ethnics that this article hasanalysed. Secondly, this research analyses theory basis of marketingethnics---marketing ethnics judge theory. Thirdly, This research isestablished based on two fields which are enterprise management andmarketing ethnics.The first part of this these proves necessary of thecombination of marketing ethics and marketing management through twoaspects.According to the analysis of necessity the part draws the finalconclusion that is to develop Ethical Marketing .At last,the combinationof marketing ethics and marketing management Ethical Marketing is definedby its own concept.It is explained through 5 steps which are environmentanalysis of ethical marketing,the destination establishment of ethicalmarketing,laying out the practical scheme of ethical marketing andfulfillment and ethical marketing.
