With the development of marketing economic the social responsibilities of enterprises have been infected deeply to the development of enterprises .people give prominence to the marketing behaviors of enterprises .The marketing ethics also great important of research. One of the severity economic problems of china is immorality behavior during the marketing, such as sale's bribes, false advertisement. These problems have been counteracted the development of marketing economic of socialism .Many facts have effected on the level of marketing ethics ,for example macroscopical environment ,microcosmic environment ,legal system and strategy of enterprises. The marketing managers' behaviors reflect the level of enterprise's ethics .Marketing manager is a man who put the enterprises' in practice .There behaviors effect their underline's ethical choice. So the research on the choices of ethics of marketing managers has important meanings.This research was establishes based on the filed of management and marketing ethics. On this paper ,in the first part is about relationship of marketing manager and ethics of enterprises. On the second part is about the facts which have infected the choices of managers. On the third part, we research the process of managers' ethical choices which we call it "key facts model". At last ,we had a research on how to avoid the immoral choices of marketing managers.
