It is indicated by China Labor Statistical Yearbook that the total amount of the small and medium-sized enterprises has been increased to 23,000,000 of the year 2006 from 21,600,000 of the year 2003 in China, and they account for more than 99% of China enterprises. Furthermore, 65% patents, more than 75% technical innovation, and more than 80% new products are created and developed by the small and medium-sized enterprises, which have become the principal part of the technical and system innovation. The private enterprises occupy the main part of the small and medium-sized enterprises. Paying attention to the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises shall consider the financing problem firstly, which is one of the main bottlenecks needed to be solved urgently for the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises. This article is to find out the feasible way and strategy, which are suitable for the debt financing of the small and medium-sized enterprises, in order to solve their actual problems in the financing practices, through this discussion for the financing problems of the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises under the current financing environment.The enterprise financing strategy shall be the strategy choice and judgment on the basis of enough analysis for the external environment and internal resources of the enterprises.
