The competition of the communications market is driven by the market now but not by the technology as in the past. The market demands are the first impetus for any technology development. While communications operators divide clients elaborately into different categories for a pursuit of benefits, Personal Handy Phone System (PHS in abbreviation) found its own exact orientation in the communications market in Song Yuan City. The low phone charge is the most magic weapon for PHS'swift development.
