Research On The Configuration Between Urban And Rural Land Use According To The Economical Harmonious Development.

The society and economical development of city and country is on the base of land. Urbanization becomes quick and the requirement of building land gets stronger and stronger. The land of country does not only supply itself to the expansion of city but also supplies agricultural product to city and country. Under the leading of the thought of harmonious development between urban and rural, the writer precedes the study on the extension proportion between urban and rural according to the economical harmonious development. At the same time, this research has the positive and realistic meaning to the new total land use planning.This paper takes Chongqing city as the object, whose land use contradiction between urban and rural is obvious. On the basis of analyzing the domestic and international research present condition, making the land use theories as beginning, through analyzing the relation among land use , economical development, the economic income of city and country, and harmonious development between urban and rural, for looking for a right path to solve the contradict between urban land use and protecting "peasants, agriculture and rural", this paper installs land resource according as the bilateral benefit principle ,that protects "peasants, agriculture and rural" and optimizes urban land use. Totally, this paper can be divided into several parts as follows:The first part is introduction. It introduces the background of choosing the theme, meaning , studying progress and content, summarizes the existent problems and actuality about the domestic and international research, and, by joining the land use fact together, explains the necessity and urgency about studying on the extension proportion between urban and rural according to the economical harmonious development in our country.The second part introduces the basic theories. The basic theories on land use scale of urban and rural are introduced by the numbers in this paper.In the third part, the principle, fixing on the guide line of the extension proportion between urban and rural, the thinking, ways and process of studying, etc., are introduced.In the fourth part, taking Chongqing City as an example, studies on the extension proportion between urban and rural according to the economical harmonious development.Firstly, the characteristics are totally introduced on the nature, the development of society and economic, land utilization of urban and rural in Chongqing City. Then, the stages of social and economical development are analyzed. Respectively , subsection of three stages on the development of society and economic in Chongqing and the social and economical developing characteristics of the three stages are studied .The estimate models of industry production total value and agriculture production total value are built. The model of the relation, between the land use of urban and rural and the development ofsociety and economic ,is built------to study the relation between the land use of urban and rural and thedevelopment of society and economic in Chongqing and to build corresponding land use model (include the relation model between the industry production value and the land use in city, the relation model between the agricultural production value and the land use of agriculture, the relation model between the agricultural production value and the land use of village resident .On these foundations, by making use of the models, the land use dimensions of urban and rural Chongqing in the future is forecasted, and the space difference ,on the harmonious degree of the extension proportion between urban and rural in Chongqing city according to the economical harmonious development, is analyzed simply.In the fifth part, the way to harmonize the land use dimensions between the urban and rural is studied.In the sixth part, this paper is concluded and the research direction in the future is predicted.It is original that this paper studies the land use from the angle of the equal development of urban and rural area;It is a new reorganization to make the unused land as a lash-up area;The dynamic proportion index system to evaluate the harmonious degree on land use of the urban and rural area is put forward , enhances the elasticity of managing land ,and provide meaningful basis to manage land in the future ,to the new land-use total planning and to the new development of socialistic rural area.
