International capital flows in the world economy are the most dynamic force and the flight of capital flows is a special phenomenon, a highly clandestine nature of their size was difficult to accurately estimate, and economic life of a country having a tremendous impact.Firstly, we study the definition of capital flight from the scholars both outside and inside, then summary up some of the characteristics of capital flight: capital flight, as opposed to the normal capital flows, it is a non-normal capital flows. Includes long-term capital and short-term capital, the motivation of capital flight is more complex. Economic, political and social factors can be the cause of capital flight.Secondly, in order to calculate the scale of capital flight, we must first study the flight of capital means, according to the BOP account in the three major projects, each of the analysis of the flight of capital means, and in light of my participation in the WTO in recent years economic and trade environment changes, to explore possible new ways of capital flight. In Chapter III we use the conventional international measurement methods, in conjunction with China's actual conditions, to re-estimate the amount of China's capital flight. After estimating the amount of capital flight in China 15 years 1990-2004, the total reached 666.92 billion U.S. dollars, 2002 for the watershed, the amount of capital flight in 2002 had been positive, in 2002 after a negative into. This fourth chapter is the impact of capital flight to China empirical analysis of factors. First listed possible factors affecting capital flight, and then using statistical regression model analysis of the impact of capital flight factors, the most obvious variables to impact (mainly GDP growth, international reserves, fiscal and financial crisis), and finally by the Chinese capital flight factors ideal model. In the above discussion on the basis of the analysis, this final...
