| Insurance investment is a sort of economical activities, which aims at gaining income by laying out unused insurance funds. Nowadays, insurance investment becomes more and more important, as the insurance competition picks up. Insurance company's profit mainly comes from investment, along with the depression of accepting insurance profit.However, it is the risk along with the profit. And, because the investment environmental is not perfect in our country, especially the capital market is not mature to even enlarge our country investment risk. On the other hand, the Insurance investment enterprises' problems such as weakness of risk consciousness, outmoded management theory and management mode, lack of investment talent, etc, also restrict to the investment of insurance enterprises, and they has brought some investment risk. More, Liabilities of the insurance funds decide the insurance enterprise should make a point of the management of the risk particularly in invest process.Linking with character of insurance fund, this paper stands the view of management of risk to analyze problems by identifying risk, calculating risk and management risk. Firstly, the paper analyzed the risks in our country insurance investment, and separates these risks into two parts of inside risk and outside risk of Insurance Corporation to analyze and measure in according to the place of risk happening; at the same time, we emphasized and scaled the risk brought by no-matching of asset and liability link with the character of insurance fund. Secondly, we put forward to control a various risks through portfolio management, risk quota management, property liabilities management, and three measures complement each other, with each other for rely on. Last, the paper hope to assure the practice of risk control means by establishing and perfecting the system of insurance investment risk management and the system mainly include perfecting of risk management inside Insurance Corporation and outside surveillance. |
