The Research Of The BT Project Investment Control Based On The Risk Analysis

Along with the more need of the infrastructure construction, there are some construction and finance type of non-government capital joining in the infrastructures. In these years the more we used is BT mode. But there are many questions during the BT project constructed as legal laws and regulations system does not consummate as well as the theory system is not mature. One of the questions is how to control the investment.Research emphases of this paper is how to control BT project investment through risk analysis.To expound this problem clearly,the main contents of this paper including basic analysis of BT project firstly.This part minly discussed basic concepts of BT project and introducted enviromental requairments about BT project inplemention. Besides,this part also contained BT project participants, operation process, establish stage, bidding stage, implementation stage and handover and counter-purchase. According to the scope of investment project owner undertakes,this part limited BT projects for four models(Construction second bidding type BT mode, Direct construction type BT mode, Construction with size BT mode, contracted type BT mode)in the same time. After expounding BT project operation process,this paper introducted particularity of BT project.Then,here is the BT project case—Chongqing beibei jialing river bridge.Through this case,this part introducted how to identify risk in BT project investment control.To Against all risks,the part proposed corresponding measures for risks.The part next is BT project risk analysis.Not only because of BT project risks'particularity,but also for these risks'serious influence ,we have to expound these risks. In identifying and analyzing the importance of general project risk , we also pointed BT project characteristic risks' identification and analysis at the same time. Then,we got various kinds of risks in different stages of BT project. Next,we carried on detailed indexes weights analysis through the fuzzy hierarchy of comprehensive evaluation method in order to better share the risk to complete project investment control.The final part is risk management and investment control.This part mainly reasearched control methods of different stages'risk for control investment aiming at BT project risks through utilizing risk control methods of project risk management theory.
