| Weather information is closely related to people’s life. Therefore, a weatherinformation publishing system which is convenient and easy to use can bring theweather info to people in a timely manner, and can make people accurately grasp theinformation at any time which subsequently facilitate people to reasonably arrangethe daily work or activities. From the technical perspective of view, GPRS provides aconvenient wireless channel to send weather information for its low-cost and ease ofuser. Meanwhile, the popularity of3G, smart phone and tablet make it be easy toknow the weather information through mobile terminal and Internet. Finally, LEDalso becomes an important way to broadcast weather info because it’s durable andcost low.In this paper, we discuss the various technologies used to broadcast weatherinformation on the conditions of the popularity of nowadays Internet and mobilecommunication based on deep analysis of the requirements weather info release andcurrent situation. What’s more, we design and implement a convenient andeasy-to-use weather release system.In the aspect of theoretical basis, the following contents are involved in thispaper. First, the research status quo of weather information release is introduced.Subsequently, the modern mobile communication technology, especially GPRS and3G, are introduced, and the GPRS and3G communications business functions andadvantages are emphatically discussed. Then, the principle and technology of LEDdisplay are dicussed from the aspects of characteristics of LED, LED display screenstructure and signal control the LED display. To prevent others to post weatherinformation at random, the safety of the weather information is taken into residerationand the relevant technology of the information security is introduced.In the aspect of system analysis and design, the functional requirements, theoverall structure and database design are mainly dicussed. First, the object-orientedanalysis and design method are adopted in this paper and the use-case diagrams are used to analyse the functional requirements, and all the functions are described indetail. The the overall functional structure of the system is shown in a systemstructure figure. Finally, the analysis and design of all the modules (system server,LED display,3G mobile terminal client weather information client and weatherinformation management client) are expouned respectively.At last, the detailed design and implementation of the LED display system in theclient and the weather information management subsystem are mainly expounded inthis paper. First, the following LED concerned aspects are introduced. The are theLED display client hardware function structure, GPRS module control, LED displaycontrol, the automatic fault detection of LED display and communication protocolmodules with the realization of secure communication method. Then, the weatherinformation management subsystem which takes advantage of the MVC architectureis introduced. And the design and software architecture of this system areemphatically described to show the implementation results of the system. From theimplementation results point of view, the system achieves good operability, sucurecommunication with efficient performance, and reliable LED screen displayperformance. |
