Based on the analysis of geology and the static and dynamic data of wells, the builtproduction potential, also named production prediction, means predicting the productivity ofoilfield. Accurate predictions provide the fundamental basis for the development of reservoir. However, it was very difficult to get accurate predictions in early stage of developing oilfieldbecause of the shortage of data of low-permeability oil field and the factors of affecting theproductivity of oilfield.Through studying19thwell area, Chang3reservoir group in Ansai Oilfield, includingthe stratum comparison and macroscopic heterogeneity, sedimentary microfacies anddistribution of sand bodies, the petrologic characteristics of reservoir and reservoirheterogeneity, this paper focuses on the relations among tectogenesis, sedimentation anddiagenesis, source-reservoir-seal and distribution of oil gas by combining the factors anddistribution of each layer reservoir and the evaluation of reservoir so as to confirmhydrocarbon reservoirs. Using different methods is to predict the productivity and builtproduction potential of single-well so as to develop built production area.19thwell area, Chang3reservoir group in Ansai Oilfield is featured as low porosity, lowpermeability reservoir and heavy heterogeneity. Thus, the productivity of oilfield is affectedby different kinds of paramaters. Based on the predication results of oilfield, oil testing, theproducing test data and the dynamic data of oil wells which are developed,50,000to100,000tons of built production area can be found.
