Analysis Of Waste Electrical And Electronic Product Recycling Management System In Kunming Residents To Participate

Due to the acceleration of electronic product updates and product life cycles continue to shorten, a lot of waste electrical and electronic products come into being. At present, our country is not coming into a perfect system of the old home appliances recycling and the producers are the main body of taking responsibility and obligation about recycling of the old home appliances. Consumers are an important part of the recovery system. To improve the recycling system, studying on the influence factors which consumers take part in the waste electrical and electronic products recycling management system is significant. In this paper, by using the basic knowledge of environmental behavior and structural equation model, linear structural equation model is established and doing the fitting test to make empirical analysis on the factors that affect consumers to participate in the home appliance recycling management system. The empirical analysis can be concluded in three potential factors of influence the behavior of public appliance recycling that environmental attitudes have the greatest influence, followed by the facilities environment, and environmental institution is not significant. So, we formulate more reasonable environment system, and increase the recovery of propaganda and education, improve the quality of people’s environmental protection and can increase the enthusiasm of consumers to participate in the home appliance recycling system in practice on the basis of the environment and expand the investment in the facilities.Based on the research of the factors affecting residents to participate in the recycling system, it not only can enrich the recycling behavior theory, also can guide the government departments to formulate policy accord with the actual conditions of our country to enhance its maneuverability to make it feasible in practice. The purpose of really guiding, supervising and regulating the behavior of consumers correctly handling waste household appliances.
