The Design And Implement Of Information Acquisition Integrative System For Rural Collectiveland Counterpoising Truly

Today the science and technology develops rapidly. Mapping technology which is based on the spatial science, information science and computer science technology has come into a new era, especially in recent years mobile terminals appears which provides a basis to achieve the integration of mapping. Currently, in order to safeguard the reform of rural land circulation system, Rural Collective Land Counterpoising Truly has been launched nationwide. This work requires to investigate complex information, both to avoid conflicts, to resolve disputes, but also to ensure the quality, and to improve the efficiency. Traditional information gathering methods can not meet the requirements.The thesis had analyzed the operation mode and main traits of traditional method,by combining the character of Rural Collective Land Counterpoising Truly and practical production, and investigated the current mode with low efficiency, low integration and duplicate work. For the problems, the thesis had devised an integrative model to collect information for Rural Collective Land Counterpoising Truly, based on mobile platform with features of convenient, flexible and closely combined with the 3S, and designed and developed an integrative system of Rural Collective Land Counterpoising Truly.In the course of the study, the thesis had designed a new method of integrated operation firstly to achieve the goal that ownership survey and land measurement could be done simultaneously, by analyzing the deficiency of the traditional operating model and considering the content and process of Rural Collective Land Counterpoising Truly and combining with the character of mobile terminal and flexibility of 3S integration.Then,in order to design and develop a prototype system to meet the needs of the method, the thesis had designed framework based on the mobile terminal and detail function module of easy operation and meeting the integrated requirements in the line with demand. In order to meet the integrated data collection,this thesis had standardized the data flow and database structures and designed automatic graphic method and the algorithm of four boundaries abstraction for improving information collection efficiency and degree of automation.Finally, based on the Android Operating System, an integrated information collection system,including functions such as basic GIS operations, GPS positioning, spatial information collection, land automatically separating, image collection and field information extraction, had been developed, by using the Java programming language and SQLite database and taking advantage of GIS tools provided by ArcGIS for Android, and it had been successfully applied in practical projects.
