Meteorological Emergency Early Warning Information Release Model Research In Ordos

With a large country and complicated natural conditions, China is one of the most serious natural disasters countries in the world. In all kinds of natural disasters, the meteorological disasters account for more than 70%. Ordos area covers a vast geographic area, with the characteristics of uneven distribution of pastoral areas and agriculture and many industrial and mining enterprises. Drought, high temperature, heavy rain, hail, and dust storms are the larger meteorological disasters which influence on people’s production and living. How to ensure that meteorological warning information can be timely sent to the general public while major disasters occur, to ensure the public to deal with it timely, to reduce the loss caused by meteorological disasters at the extreme, become an urgently need to solve major problems for meteorological department.Rely on various media, meteorological disaster warning information release is a key link of translating forecast results into social benefit. The accurate and efficient release of meteorological disaster warning information can improve the quality of the meteorological service. With the development of communication and computer technology, the methods of meteorological disaster warning release mode are more diversified. In this study, through the investigation and expert assessment, we intensively study the propagation characteristics of various kinds of meteorological early warning information; according to different standards to divide people, the needs of all kinds of people are understood; meteorological disaster warning release mode are constructed;the coverage of meteorological disaster warning information transmission will be improved. It also provides refined meteorological service and builds public emergency early warning information release platform for the meteorological department at present stage.Based on the city meteorological disaster warning release mode, this study aims to:(1) analysis the meteorological disaster warning release mode in Ordos area;(2) through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of different modes, find out the optimal warning issued combinations combining the reality of Ordos area;(3) by studying meteorological early warning information release mode, promote to construct regional early warning platform;(4) make good use of regional meteorological bureau in the role of early warning network construction, and promote the construction of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation warning center;(5) highlight the crucial and importance of the meteorological department in preventing disasters and reducing damage.
