Academic misconduct’s breeding and spreading, not only damaged the image of the scientific community, but also seriously affected the innovative-oriented national construction, and put the poor social credibility under increasing strain. The academic fraud, mainly means that academic workers hanker after fame and gains regardless of academic work specification to implement the academic fraud, including tampering and making up academic data used in scientific research, plagiarizing others’ research results and so on. The behavior of academic fraud not only destroyed the integrity rigorous academic atmosphere, but also damaged the faith from the society, more seriously, which took the immeasurable negative impact to the whole academic and hindered the progress and development of society. With the implementation of the strategy through science and education, the misconduct events occured frequently at present, especially in scientific field, which have become the worldwide common problems in technological development. The study of misconduct, especially the difference between academic misconduct in science and academic misconduct in the humanities in contemporary china, has an important significance on the healthy development of science and technology.This article first introduced the basic concepts of misconduct, and then overviewed harmfulness of misconduct and research of academic misconduct. On that basis, this paper further suggested that the study of the difference between academic misconduct in science and academic misconduct in the humanities in contemporary china is quite necessary. This paper consists of four chapters: the first chapter is introduction, it clearly put forward in this chapter the main problems about research misconduct. From the perspective of three, this chapter began studying the literature of the misconduct: the angel of history of science, the angle of philosophy of science, and the angle of sociology. In introduction, combing and studying the misconduct literature in order to demonstrate the angle of study and the innovational point of the research methods. The second chapter briefly analyzed misconduct problems in contemporary china from the definition of the misconduct, perniciousness of misconduct and academic misconduct causes. The third chapter mainly analyzed the difference between academic misconduct in science and academic misconduct in the humanities, which introduce the differences in view of the angle of two forms, media, characteristics and harm. The fourth chapter, on the basis of above analysis and research, put forward the effective technological approaches to settle academic misconduct in science and academic misconduct in the humanities. For academic misconduct in natural science, the technical approach of solving solution is put forward from three aspects: repeated experiments, providing experimental video and unified expression symbols; Misconduct in humanities took improving peer expert appraisal system, establishing a unified system of technology testing, strengthening rechecking into account to suggest the technical approach of solving solution in order to achieve effective restriction and control of academic misconduct.
