“The opinions on strengthening the construction of the young teacher team in higher schools ”,“the opinions on implementing the teacher training program of excellence 2.0”,“ The action plan for the rejuvenation of Teacher Education(2018-2022)”state that the colleges should help the professional growth of teachers and construct the teacher talents culture system and a new teacher team.Biological science professional students are the reserves for biology teachers,and colleges should focus on the cultivation of students.Improving the learning quality of students is the root to develop talents,and the academic level is an important embodiment of students' learning quality.The academic guidance system can provide systematic guidance on students' academic levels.According to the results of previous studies,students have a significant appeal of instruction in professional cognition.Therefore,the construction of academic guidance system based on students' professional cognition and academic self-efficacy is of great significance to promote students' academic development.In this study,2017 and 2018 students were selected as the research objects.Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the changes of students' professional cognition level and academic self-efficacy level.Interview was used to understand the specific reasons for the changes.All the questionnaires were tested by alpha reliability coefficient method and KMO spherical test in SPSS software,and good reliability and validity were obtained.Through the comprehensive analysis of the data,the following research results are obtained:(1)The descriptive analysis shows that:(1)the scores of professional cognition of 2017 and 2018 students in the first semester are 20.57 ±3.74 and21.37±4.12,which are lower than other semesters;(2)the level of academic self-efficacy of students in 2017 and 2018 is unstable.Compared with other semesters,the highest score of academic self-efficacy of students in the first semester is 50.33 ±5.58 and 51.27±5.93,and the downward trend is obvious in the fifth semester;(3)about 55% of the students chose biological science major because of their interests and hobbies;(4)about 70% of the students had a detailed study plan.(2)Pearson correlation analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between professional cognition and academic self-efficacy of 2017 and2018 students in each semester.(3)Interview results:(1)students are not clear about the learning purpose of some courses;(2)students think the course of the fifth semester is more difficult;(3)hope to get systematic guidance of biological science major;(4)hope to get employment guidance of biological science major.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that2017 and 2018 students have the lowest level of professional cognition,the highest level of academic self-efficacy,and blind self-confidence due to lack of professional cognition;there is a significant positive correlation between professional cognition and academic self-efficacy,and the improvement of professional cognition can promote the improvement of students' academic self-efficacy;students' academic self-efficacy is higher than others Hope to get academic guidance related to biological science.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the academic guidance system of Bioscience specialty.The construction of the academic guidance system in this study focuses on the construction of academic guidance ideology,the implementation of academic guidance channels,the construction of academic guidance platform,and the improvement of academic guidance guarantee mechanism.Pay attention to the construction of academic guiding ideology,including the construction of campus culture and the promotion of academic guiding ideology.The implementation of academic guidance includes continuous guidance and stage guidance,in which the continuous guidance includes psychological guidance and professional cognitive education lectures;the stage guidance includes freshmen entrance guidance,professional basic curriculum guidance in the first two years,normal professional curriculum guidance in the second two years and graduation guidance.The construction of academic guidance platform includes the establishment of academic guidance consultation center,academic analysis and feedback platform,and academic warning and attention platform.Perfect the guarantee mechanism of academic guidance,including personnel guarantee,funds guarantee and policy guarantee.Through the academic guidance system,we can provide continuous and systematic academic guidance for students majoring in biological science from enrollment to graduation,in order to improve their professional cognition and academic self-efficacy,and promote their professional development.
