Research On Plan Management System Based On GIS

In the new process of urbanization, urban planning industry can be said to be a leader in information work change, and has achieved good results in terms of planning and regulation, infrastructure and public participation, planning information technology has become a key to promote urban planning industry healthy and sustainable development. For a long time the urban planning sector solely dependent on OA system, AutoCAD, Skyline and other systems in planning review and graphic information application and management. A lot of planning information and data resources can not be effectively managed centrally. Deep integration and excavation of various types of data resources are not implemented. How to combine the technology advantages of OA administrative approval, AutoCAD, GIS, three-dimensional software is the focus of current planning and management information platform R & D.For the advancement of GIS technology, we combined GIS with the planning and management, proposed the "GIS+intelligent" intelligent planning and management system research and development ideas, to build Wenjiang planning management system. This platform, we integrate multiple older systems, converged infrastructure space planning results and variety of traffic roads data, as well as number of intelligent applications.This paper describes the system design to construction and other aspects of the application of Wenjiang planning and management system.The system uses object-oriented technology, based on GIS, applied C/S and B/S hybrid architecture model. It realizes Wenjiang Planning Authority business office automation, intelligent review and urban space efficient data collection functions in providing decision to support planning compiled research, planning approval, planning supervision.
