Three-dimensional visualization modeling technology and reserve calculation with Geostatistics has been widely used in the mines design and production abroad, but rarely used in domestic design institute and the mines. Compared with some foreign mining software in the domestic metal mines, this article take the XieJiaGou gold deposit as an example,research on how to use 3DMine software in the domestic metal mine deposits’construction of 3-dimensions visualization model and reserve calculation.This article from the stratum and the structure. the ore body characteristic. the ore Characteristic near ore l-rock alteration several aspects has carried on the summary analysis to the XieJiaGou gold deposit geological feature. On this basis. in accordance with 3DMine software’s modelling flow,.has constructed the 3-dimensions models for XieJiaGou gold deposit. including geological database, the ore body model, and the grade model. And the use of mining geostatistics research conducted on the reserve calculation. Geostatistics is founded by a famous French scholar Professor Ma Telong (G. Matuheron) in 1962. his monograph "Application of geostatistics," marks the geostatistics as a new edge discipline has been born. The main principle of geostatistics is the basis of regional variation.as the basis tool with Variogram.and as the basis method with Kriging algorithm. studying the natural phenomena of science that structured and randomness in the spatial distribution. I collected data on the basis of previous. combined geostatistics with the actual production. Valuation grade and reserve calculation by Kriging.and do some simple analysis about the relationship between the Boundary grade and metal ore average grade.
