Based on the bulk polymerization process, the preparation and application of Reactivecationic polyurethane wet rubbing fastness improver imulsion was synthesized and obtainedthe best applicable scope and application conditions through four kinds of different fabrics onthe processing experiment. The thesis study the different sealing end time, rate of theactivesealing, organic silicon grafted quantity and water affinity polyether content which influencethe performance of the improver; and optimize its chemical activity and the the strength ofcationic. Laser particle size test, FI-TR, GPC, were carried out to characterize the improver,and tested the emulsion stability application performance also.The research indicate that: different sealing end time, rate of theactive sealing, organicsilicon grafted quantity and water affinity polyether content, the chemical activity and thestrength of cationic in PU molecules which influence the synthesis and the emulsionproperties and application performance of the improver. the crosslinking degree and itsactivity could be improved with the introducing Hydroxyl-containing Silicone and silanecoupling agent, which can enhance the formation membrane of the improver, and theabrasiveresistance, dispersity, water affinity polyether can enhance the hydrophily,permeability of the emulsion. For these reason the fabric can have good adsorption, Cationicstrength can improve absorption ability of the agent to the dye, but don’t impact the light ofthe fabric. The content of hydrophilic polyether should not exorbitant and the content oforganic silicon should be proper, the choice of the active monomer ratio and cationic strengthbalance the considering emulsion properties and application performance.The main results are as following: based on the analysis of laser particle test, the averageparticle size of the emulsion was 20.0nm or so and with strong cationic. It can adsorb fastly tofabric surface, the following are the advantage of improver: advantage of dosage province,low cost, non-pollution. The improver increases the wet rubbing-fastness on neutral and darkcotton fabrics to 1.0-1.5 grade and the anti-pilling on cashmere knitted fabrics to 2.0-2.5graderemarkable, but has slightly influence on the handfeel and other wearability of the fabric.Based on orthogonal analysis, the best impregnation process of the improver is: pH=5.5, theimpregnation temperature of knitting bright red cotton cloth is 40℃×30min (emerizingsuperfine fibre and black machine weaving is two dipping two rolling for 1 min in 40℃×2times). Improver concertration 40g/L(emerizing superfine fibre is 70g/L and black machineweaving is 25g/L and cashmere knitted fabrics is 100g/L). All dry at 100℃. Cashmere adoptsthermal solid process 100℃×20min, the other curing temperature is 140℃×3min.
