Modern manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of our national economy,the manufacturing industry is starting a new upsurge in China’s economic lever. Withthe development of economy, personnel costs increased and personnel mobilityincreases, special numerical control equipment used in China is more and morewidely. With the development and the improvement of the people’s living standardand social economy, the utilization of the door closer on civil and public facilities isgetting higher and higher, and the number is growing. Modern hydraulic door closerbegan in early twentieth Century American patent registration, which is different fromthe traditional closed-door, is achieved through the buffering action of throttling thedoor closers in liquid. Domestic and foreign manufacturers are expanding productionscale, improve product quality and performance to meet the growing market demand,and the changes in these aspects leads to a large of demand for processing equipment.This subject is aimed at the analysis of the process of the door closer shellstructure through hole of oil hole, points out the defects and shortcomings of theoriginal process, and put forward the new technology. According to the theoreticalcalculation and practical research of new process, it designs the corresponding dualstation fixed special CNC machine tool. The initial form of the equipment for dualstation fixed special CNC machine tool, the main processing two different locationshole on each side in the piston holes of door closer shell, a total of four holes,compatible processing three different products.Firstly, the feasibility of the schemeare analyzed, emphatically introduces the difficulties and solutions, and then thedesign process is described from the processed parts, machining parameters, operatingcycle, pneumatic principle, key components and other aspects, finally, the directeconomic benefits of continuous improvement and equipment optimization designcreation.
