Research Of Environ Mental Regulation Influences On The Enterprise Technology Innovation Performance

The regulation between environmental and technological innovation was a hot topic in the research scholars both at home and abroad.Our country's development is in the midst of the heavy industrialization stage,how to solve the "economy-environment" counter cycle is a difficult problem.The government put forward and implemented many policies and measures to solve the current environmental problems in our country,but the enterprise in the implementation of the relevant measures will affect their own interests?Related environmental policy making organizations has been trying to explore the environmental regulation policy can balance governance that the relationship between environmental pollution and promote enterprise technology innovation,and it is also formulated by the government of the evaluation of environmental regulation is effective.At present,the related research conclusion still exist differences."Promote","suppression" and "not sure" are supported by some studies.This article is based on combing the related theory and the analysis of the effect of environmental regulation on enterprise technology innovation performance mechanism,according to different control ways of concrete for enterprise we,the environmental regulation can be divided into three categories,respectively for the command control environmental regulation,market incentive environmental regulation and voluntary participation environmental regulation.And validation of technology innovation performance of economic benefits and ecological benefits of the technological innovation performance of impact.Using structural equation model to verify the relationship between the two,the results showed the three ecological benefits and economic benefits of technological innovation performance has positive influence,but the three influence degree is different.The results showed the command control type of environmental regulation on technological innovation performance of ecological benefits and economic benefits have a positive influence;Type market incentive environmental regulation on technological innovation performance of ecological benefit and economic benefit is also positive influence;Voluntary participation of environmental regulation on technological innovation performance had a positive influence on ecological benefits and economic benefits.Finally,according to this article research results,the government to solve environmental problems effectively,should establish a set of modes that government departments as a leader,public participation to assist,enterprise's combination.Government in environmental regulation policy,combined with the market and the enterprise of the truth,reasonable environment policy,consideration should be given to type of environmental regulation,market incentives,between government and enterprises should cooperate to strengthen environmental propaganda education,improve the enterprise environment protection consciousness,realize the sustainable development of our country.
