Application Research Of Hot Metal Desulfurization Operational Path In Yuxi Steel Mills

This dissertation is about the condition of optimize of desulfurized craftwork byinjecting the grain magnesium,it basis on optimizing of desulfurized craftwork in YuXiiron and steel works.It can lighten burden of blast furnace and converter by achieving thebest matching、with injecting parameter and optimize me all process of refining,for thehigh require about the quality of steel products in the modem period.By the practice,it researches some different pre-desulfurized parameter,such as the temperature of hot metal,initial sulfur content,the quantity of injecting, and thevelocity of injecting.In view of the practical situation of Yuxi steel mills, the marketdemand and the relationship between the economic benefit, process optimization andproduction cost were analyzed.The result shows that the efficiency of desulfurize increases with the sulfur content,but the current of increases is little.When desulfurized dosage increasing,the efficiency ofdesulfurize increases. The reaction of desulfurize is quickened when desulfurized dosageincreasing, but the current of quick1y of the reaction is slow as magnesium dosagereaching a definite value.Under a certain condition, the efficiency of desulfurizincreases,but the magnesian utilization ratio will reduce under excessive injecting velocity.When enhancing the temperature of hot metal,diffusion and mass transfer betweenmagnesium and sulfur in hot metal are quickened,and the reaction of desulfurize isfasten.The gasification of magnesium is fastening,and the bubble Sticks in the hot metalshort.So the reaction of desulfurized is affected under a certain extent.By researching the desulfurized craftwork with injecting the grain magnesium,thecraftwork can fill the productive requirement and exert the action of pretreatment of hotmetal very well.This craftwork can bring an enormous economic return for YuXi me firststeel-making works.
