Development Of Traceability System Of The Production Of Living Paper

With the fast development of our society, concrete improvement of our living quality,the mind-blowing changes because of the popularization of the internet, consumers areupdating their demand for the quality of commodities and services. However, because mostcommodities are not differentiated from others and there are many brands for consumers toselect, the aftersales service is an important premise of their decisions. Toilet paper of badquality may contain various kinds of fungus, Escherichia coli, Tuberculosis and so on. If usedfrequently, it will cause enteritis, exogenous febrile disease, diarrhea etc. the Bleachingpowder added in the process will infect the respiratory tract of human beings. In addition, thetalcum power is a kind of mineral, which will cause kidney stone or gallstone if eaten. Iftalcum power of industrial use is added, the lead and cadmium will undermine the neuralsystem and blood system, and even sabotage the intellectual development of children.Therefore, the follow-up system of raw materials, production quality and production safetyhave attracted more and more attention of consumers and enterprises.Traceability System, a kind of quality surveillance system which records and stores allkinds of related information during the production, is intended to efficiently track and tracethe problematic materials or procedures when there is a mistake, to call back the productswhen necessary and to take relevantpunishment measures, thus improving the quality ofproducts.Based on the purposes above, this paper conducted a series of study on the follow-up ofproducts, proposed a follow-up system for enterprises of living paper considering theircharacteristics and established a model of follow-up system on the foundation of batchmanagement. On the basis of surveillance on the whole production process, this paperproposed a follow-up model to supervise each unit procedure, like raw materials andproduction information, to supervise the working state and working equipment, todynamically follow up the consumption of raw materials, energy, products andsemi-manufactures, while collecting realtime data of the whole process.Taking Jiang Men Plant of Vinda Corporation for an example, with the Plant Applicationplatform of GE, a follow-up model was constructed to let incident trigger packagemanagement. While building the model, there are six units: pulping, grinding, paper machine,rewinding, cutting, small package and medium package, each of which includes threevariables: material, equipment and examination. After the combination of the above units,each package number was accumulated up to the completion of a product. The conclusion indicates that the follow-up system of the production of living paper works well and will be aguidance to the production.
