The Traceability Information System For Poultry Egg Food Of Hubei Province

The traceability information system for poultry egg food of Hubei province is to 15 egg factories of Hubei province which have the export qualification as the research object. In order to achieve the goal of the information traceability of the poultry egg food, the system has been designed, which is based on the technology of RFID radio frequency, DVR video recording and FTP network transmission. At the same time, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 is adopted as the development platform, c # is selected as the development language, and the SQL Server 2008 is adopted as the background database. The overall workflow and the function of the system have been determined based on actual situation and the actual needs, after the research of the actual production situation and the study of export production process. Transparency of the food production process is realized through the use of RFID tags and DVR video. And the information traceability of the poultry egg food is realized through the use of FTP network transmission and the GPRS networking capability of PDA equipment. According to the requirements of the end user and the actual application of the software, the food traceability information system is divided into four parts to carry on the design and implementation, which is mainly composed of the RFID tag distribution system, the front-end workstation system, the remote monitoring systems, and the product information inquiry system. Among them, the front-end workstation system includes RFID tag information collection module, site alarm information collection module, DVR video module and video information upload module; the remote monitoring system includes real-time picture monitoring module, alarm monitoring module and alarm information management module; the product information inquiry system mainly includes PDA device query module. The traceability information system has realized the video storage of the export products packing process, the real-time monitoring of export products production site by the administration department, the remote real-time inspection of the product information by the customs and commodity buyers.After been debugged successfully, this system has been put into operation in 15 egg processing enterprises of Hubei province. Its operating results have achieved the anticipated target, and meet the requirements in actual production. The system does not only improve the production quality and the efficiency of the enterprise, but also solve a series of problems in actual production and monitoring.
