Food is the first necessity of the people,but food safety issues frequently exposed one after another,that issue let people worry about the daily food safety.In recent years,we have a lot problem about meat,according to a questionnaire survey,88.7% of people who participate in the investigation concerns pork quality safety.How to use advanced information technology and appropriate network infrastructure to supervise and trace the meet is a good way to improve the standard of enterprise management,and it is urgent to solve that issue to reassure consumers.This paper presents pork safety traceability management system which based on RFID and bar code,read speed affected by external conditions,supported small data storage,assisted the feeding process management,long service life and other functions,solved the problems which can't read the bar on pig's body during pig farming,slaughtering and processing.The main contents include:(1)combining bar code technology and RFID,a retrospective management system for aquaculture enterprises and slaughtering enterprises has been designed to make the data of whole pig breeding,transportation,slaughtering,quarantine and sales links transparent,and quick query,data flow can be traced back.(2)the use of NXP MF1 IC S70 made of non-contact smart card and non-contact reader,designed a dealer in the hands of the circulation service card,the data key protection,through the operator to flow through the flow of nodes at the same time Pork trading can be credit card checkout.And effectively solve the two practical problems:(1)for the farmers market couples stalls,a circulation service card to achieve the two business households associated information.(2)for an operator in the two farmers market or wholesale market for the record,a circulation service card to achieve the association of two or more markets.(3)combined with tracing small scale,bar code technology and WEB SERVICE technology,designed a trace of small scale upload and download data format,combined with the actual operation to achieve a daily batch of information download and every 30 s transaction data information upload,The bar code printed on the scale can be found on the corresponding website or inquiry machine for all information on pork from breeding to final transaction.(4)for supermarkets,distribution centers,etc.before their own Invoicing system,designed a set of message format to achieve seamless data docking,and the use of CRC check to verify the integrity of the message data.System integration testing and practical application results show that the system has good stability and friendly human-computer interface,and it can guarant the quality,safety and traceability of pork.
