Research On The Management Of Meat And Vegetable Circulation Traceability System In ZQ City

With the development of economy and society,people pay more attention to healthy diet and pursue better safety food.However,due to lack of effective regulatory mechanism,China’s food safety risks emerge in an endless stream.In recent years,the government departments of our country have fully realized the importance and necessity of the implementation of traceability management in the food safety supervision and supervision,and proposed to accelerate the implementation of the traceability system around the important products such as edible agricultural products.The construction project of the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation organized by the commerce department is to select the two kinds of food pork and vegetables which are the most widely and most likely to happen to the current food population,and use modern technology management means to form a complete and traceable chain of information in circulation,and effectively solve the circulation ring of meat and vegetables.The source of the problem is to further improve the ability of food safety guarantee.With the rapid development of the application of project management in the diversified and multi fields of China,project management has been effectively embodied and applied in the process of tracing the traceability system,which plays an important role in achieving the goal of project construction with high quality and efficiency.This paper takes the construction project of the meat and vegetable circulation traceability system in ZQ City as the research object,takes the modern project management scientific knowledge as the theoretical guidance.First,through the investigation of the status of the construction of the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation in the ZQ City,this paper puts forward the construction requirements of the main circulation nodes,such as meat slaughter,vegetable wholesale and farmers’ market and supermarket,and analyses the construction requirements of the main circulation nodes.The feasibility of the project implementation.Then the project construction is planned,the purpose,content and function design of the project are clearly defined.The project management,including the establishment of the project organization,the scope of the decomposition of the work,the formulation of the progress plan,the preparation of the budget and so on,is discussed in detail.The plan of the project is displayed with the Gantt chart and WBS is used to work on the project.The scope is decomposed by layer by layer.Then the process of control and management of the factors such as work scope,progress,cost,quality and risk in the process of project implementation,and the test and acceptance management of the end process are discussed,and the management processes are discussed in the form of chart combining.Finally,the construction process of the traceability system of the meat and vegetable circulation in ZQ city is completed.A preliminary study of management.The purpose of this study is to explore how to apply modern project management model to the scientific,standardized and efficient management of food traceability system projects invested by the government so as to effectively improve the food safety protection capability,thus providing successful experience for the construction project management of the same kind of traceability system.
