In this context, thehazardous waste pollution status and standardized management of thestudy area became improve local environmental conditions, preventionof environmental pollution, standardized management and promote theharmonious development of important topics.This paper studies the advanced experience of hazardous wastemanagement system, the laws, regulations and pollution controltechnologies and other features, and have a status of Shaanxi Provincehazardous waste treatment and disposal investigation and analysistechniques, such as the status and management of Shaanxi Province,standardized management of hazardous waste conducted a preliminary exploration model for the current problems and future managementobjectives, propose specific management measures.Through research, concluded as follows: the amount of hazardouswaste generated in recent years, Shaanxi Province produced showingcontinued slow growth, mainly related to the type of "national list ofhazardous waste" in the37kinds; produces the largest amount of wastemineral oil type is HW08, HW48non-ferrous metal smelting slag, etc.;major sources of hazardous waste as energy, chemical, non-ferrousmetal mining and refining, oil exploration and processing industries;Geographically, northern Shaanxi largest amount of hazardous wastegenerated, the province accounted for65hazardous waste%focused onthe type of waste mineral waste oils, the main source of oil and gasexploration, hazardous waste generation Southern region accounts for29%of the province, mainly from the non-ferrous metal smelting androlling processing, chemical materials and chemical manufacturing,transportation transportation equipment manufacturing industry, threemajor pollutants of all kinds of heavy metals and toxic and hazardouswaste chemical class of substances, the Guanzhong area less hazardouswaste generation, but most species covered "list" in the35categories,the main pollutants cyanides, heavy metals, organic polymers and thelike. From the terms of the management level, Shaanxi Province startedlate hazardous waste management, lack of management strength, disposition technological backwardness.
