At present, lots of coal companies’coal sampling mechanization has been widespread.Mechanized sampling can reduce the labor intensity, increase the transparency of thesampling and improve production efficiency.Vehicle-mounted mobile coal sampler is one ofthe mechanized sampling equipment. It is a kind of special equipment of carrying out coalquality distributed random sampling for coal mines, power plants, railways and ports andother large enterprises.This article in view of the early development of vehicle-mounted mobile group coalsampler sampling manipulator dynamics analysis and calculation,used the finite elementanalysis software ANSYS to analyzed and calculated the sampling arm system.First of all, the initial sampling arm dimensions are achieved,and then we use MATLABto optimize it.Based on the optimized size, we establish the finite element model of samplingarm in ANSYS.Then we make statics analysis.The analysis shows that the stiffness andstrength are satisfied. On the basis of statics analysis and modal analysis of sampling arm,themodal analysis is carried out.The first six order natural frequency and vibration model of thesampling arm are extracted obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for avoiding theoccurrence of resonance at work.Secondly, we generally get low order natural frequency of sampling arm structurethrough the modal analysis,so we do harmonic response analysis in order to understand thefrequency response of the structure dynamic load.With it,we obtain the modal frequencywhich biggest impact the dynamic performance of the sampling arm structure.So we canavoid the further excitation frequency which lead to the structure resonance,and ensure thesafety of the bridge structure work.Finally, we make transient analysis on sampling arm by using transient dynamicsanalysis module of ANSYS to determine the displacement response of sampling arm whenthe largest lifting the load of dynamic load leave the coal sample through transient dynamics.In this paper, we make statics and dynamics analysis on sampling arm by using the finiteelement analysis software ANSYS,reveal the powerful function of ANSYS.The analysis of the structure calculation ensures the reliability of structure design,ensures the safety of thestructure in the actual work,and be ready for the structural dynamic optimization design afterthe transient analysis.
