Hydraulic support is a major equipment mechanization of coal mine fully mechanizedworking face, the stand or fall of the performance of coal mine safety production plays a vitalrole. In view of the hydraulic support traditional physical crushing test time-consumingdisadvantages, virtual crushing experiment of hydraulic support was carried out using virtualprototype technology and finite element technology, aiming to improve the quality of designand product design success rate, shorten the development cycle, and save manpower andmaterial resources and money. The main work is as follows:The support virtual prototype model ZY8700/17/32type of the whole machine has beenbuilt in Pro/E software through the virtual prototype technology, the kinematics simulationhas been carried on with the purpose of checking the condition of hydraulic support. Thedynamic simulation of hydraulic support has been carried on using the Adams software, andthe loading course of the hydraulic support column is obtained. The finite elementpre-treatment (including model simplification, meshing, constraint handling, loading andmaterial properties, etc.) has been carried out through Hypermesh software, besides, the finiteelement model of pretreatment is imported into Ansys finite element analysis, the stress andstrain under various working conditions data have been gotten. The hydraulic support on bothends of the top beam under concentrated load cases analysis and dynamic finite elementanalysis data of the hydraulic support column load history data are called in Ansys NcodeDesignlife software, ZY8700/17/32type hydraulic support for the durability of the simulationanalysis has been done, the hydraulic support the whole cloud service life and the life of eachnode have been gotten.In this paper, by using virtual prototype technology ZY8700/17/32type hydraulicsupport strength test and durability test have been researched, in order to explore thehydraulic support virtual crushing as well as the correctness and validity of test methods, and the fatigue performance of the frame type hydraulic support is further validated.
