With the highly development of science and technology, the modern manufacturing industry is facing a profound technological revolution.Numerical control technology and equipment as a representative of the current manufacturing equipment of advanced productivity, is playing an increasingly important position.Machinery manufacturing industry competition, the essence of which is competition of numerical control technology.At present, with the expansion of the function of nc machine tools and CNC enhances unceasingly, the performance of nc machine tool has been in the aerospace, aviation, automobiles, ships, mold and other machinery manufacturing field is widely used, the penetration rate rising, along with the rapid development of related technologies, such as CAD/CAM, more and more be attained renown companies, advanced manufacturing has already become to measure a country’s manufacturing technology level of one of the important symbol.With promote the use of numerical control technology, for enterprises to save a large amount of manpower, reduces the cost, the quality of product processing and upgrading, played a key role, improve the market competition ability of the product.Rear CNC processing technology is a CAD/CAM system and advanced machinery manufacturing equipment connecting the bridge and the link, directly affect the reliable operation and efficiency of nc machine tool.However, due to the different software vendors and their reasons of many machine tool manufacturers, often do not provide special post processor of nc machine tool software, developed by the consumer or supporting custom to buy separately, so the production increased pressure on intangible costs, affect the production schedule.In this configuration, and develop effective post processor to solve enterprise from product design to the CAM CAD products manufacturing, improve the efficiency of programming and CNC machine tool equipment safety operation processing reliability has very important significance.Based on the actual situation of my unit, the development platform of UG NX, TCL high-level language for the development of language, and UG/POST Builder as development tool, and good for Maggie’s DMU65 five-axis linkage machining center CNC double turntable for example, the research and development of the third five rear axle shaft, processor, and combined with all kinds of machine tools used in FANUC oi\SIEMENS 840 d\ HEIDENHAIN iTNC530 typical numerical control system, such as generated by CAD/CAM software UG NX cutter location path file format, on VS development environment, through the high-level programming languages such as VB, developed based on UG NX cutter location file into the numerical control system requirements of CNC machine tool post processing software;Acceptable and can generate different machine tool processing code, through cutting test, to verify the feasibility and reliability of the program.For future new and different structure of machine tool post processing system development practices, from theory and practice provides a good reference, will certainly to constantly upgrade and improve itself, to look forward to get more extensive application.
