Countercurrent extraction process of rare earth is a kind of reverse flow reactor, which will separate the mixture into single or group of component. The professor XU proposed the theory of constant mixing extracting. The professor Chai with other scholars had studied of identification and simulation with transfer function. Because of large delay and strong coupling in cascade extraction process, Component concentration on-line detection technology can not completely suitable for the actual production, witch still need to in-depth analysis and research.It takes P507-HCl extraction the light rare earth of La/Ce separation process in a Baotou enterprise as the research object. It had established the rare earth cascade extraction recursive model of static and dynamic separation process identification model. According to the different types of reaction extraction process, it can be simplified into five parts in the static model. The five parts will be a independent Class. Each section contains multiple extraction tank, Each extraction tank is a research object. By the way of Object-oriented approach to programming, via data transfer between objects and function calls, using the VC++programming, it improves the speed and accuracy of calculation. Dynamic model is introduced in the mixed extraction ratio hypothesis to distinguish the role of the time window length of the upper organic phase and water phase upstream, witch improved piecewise rally formula and put forward a new transfer function identification model. It also use the matlab tools programming to identificate and simulate the actual measurement.The calculation and analysis of static model show that:the object-oriented model of fast convergence speed has high calculation precision. When the organic phase flow and water flow fluctuations occur, extraction model has some sensitive points which can change composition of rare earth extraction tank reaction at all levels, we suggest setting the location of monitoring points so as to effectively monitor the export purity. The analysis and identify instances of dynamic model show that: the extraction agent, material liquid, acid liquid flow rates as input and the rare earth element compositions as output, you can describe the dynamic changes of total rare earth concentration in two phases, you can also calculate the content of rare earth elements of each component in two phases; For model segmentation assembly processing, you can significantly improve the calculation speed and rare earth extraction process dynamic model identification is more close to reality. The content of elements in rare earth extraction process has a high degree of unity with the field measured data through the model prediction.
