At present,China's rare earth extraction and separation capacity reaches 200,000 tons per year,which is at the world's leading level.Although the extraction line can achieve automatic control,the rare earth separation process is still at the level of "manual control and experience operation",which also causes a large delay in the production process.phenomenon.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to establish a set of intelligent control system for rare earth extraction.In view of the problem that the simulation system established by the research group based on the cascade extraction theory has deviations from the simulation data of the extraction line groove and the actual production data,the paper distributes the separation coefficients of the various stages in the actual extraction line of the LP extraction line of a factory in Sichuan.According to the law,the regression equation of pH value,series and separation coefficient of water phase is established,and the cascade extraction theory and simulation system are optimized according to the equation.The experiment shows that the simulation simulation system simulates the groove distribution curve and the actual production line slot.The distribution curve is closer.The paper establishes a database in the simulation system,and realizes the real-time collection of the extraction production line data by using the relationship between the rank ratio and the actual time in the simulation calculation process.At the same time,the simulation data is read and the groove distribution history curve can be obtained.Make visual comparisons.In the research of the thesis,the interaction relationship between the simulation system and the material-liquid fraction is established,which realizes the monitoring of the actual production line slot distribution under the simulation of the fluctuation of the material-liquid distribution.At the same time,the interaction relationship between the simulation system and the extraction line control parameters is established by OPC communication protocol.The comparison between the groove distribution data and the simulation data at different flow rates is carried out.The results show that the simulation simulation system can better monitor the distribution law of the groove.In addition,the actual groove distribution curve is established by the sampling line of the extraction line,and compared with the database in the simulation system,combined with the communication between the simulation system and the extraction line parameter control system,real-time monitoring of the field parameters by the simulation system is realized.
