In the production of the silicate industry, the heat used in the process generallycomes from the direct combustion of the fossil fuels. However, such hear generationensures the condition of the silicate kiln process in the cost of reducing thereasonality of energy use.Based on the current situation of industrial furnance and the existing problemsof the energy use, conbined with the results of the previous studies, the the rollerkiln combustion and power generation integration system, which combined withroller kiln and gas turbine, is introduced according to the princeiple of energycascade utilization: the fuel is first input into the gas turbine for power generation,the discharged flue gas from the turbine is introduced to the combustion chamber ofthe roller kiln for the secondary combustion, at last, the final fuel gas is used in thefiring section for the treatment of the materials.On the purpose of constructing a reasonal and efficient integration system, themethod of configuration the roller kiln and gas turbine is presented and the propertyof the system is studied. By analyzing the relaitoship of the energy balance andmass balance of the integrated system, the mathematical model for matchingparameters in this integration system is built. The temperature ratio of the gasturbine and the temperature rise of the cold fluid in the heat recovery equipment areselected as the free variable to study the relationship and mutual influence betweenthe gas turbine pressure ratio, fuel air ratio f, flue gas temperature of firingsection of the kilnt yqand the intake air amount of the gas turbineGk,rqlj, and thechanging trends of each variable are drawn.On the basis of the impact of changes on the parameters, this paper presentsfour different economic and performance evaluation and analysis index: heat useefficiency of the furnance yl, power heat ratio of the integration systemR gr, theoverall fuel power generation efficiency ele,rqlj, the annual comprehensive benefitFa.By introducing a example of a scale of90t/day, the change trends of each evaluationindex are analyzed in the condition of different matching paremeters, and theoptimal paremeters of the system for each index are presented in this paper. In the last section the general process for configuration of the roller kiln combustion andpower generation integration system is presented.As result of the research work of this paper, the property parameters ofintegration system is analyzed, the evaluation index of this syetem is also presented,with all of this work, the further designing and evaluation of this system can bedone in the future research.
