Cement rotary kiln plant is the most important equipment.Rotary kiln in harsh conditions such as high temperature,dust,long-term operation on three points,is the ideal state kiln axis is a straight line,make the kiln in three point uniform stress.3 support six roller bear the whole kiln cylinder,belting leather and preservation.the weight,the normal operation of roller is of great significance to the rotary kiln working.Roller is also frequent failure parts,wheel bearings often fever phenomenon,through the analysis of the causes of the formation of hot roller bearings: in addition to lubricating oil appear problem,its main is caused by abnormal wheel overload.Bending and kiln kiln cylinder axis deviation will cause uneven roller bearing,if the wheel load will cause abnormal roller bearing high temperature,serious happens when tile burning and other major production accidents.By monitoring the deflection of shaft and bearing shell temperature changes which can grasp the roller radial force.Through corresponding wheel adjustment can ensure long-term safe operation of rotary kiln.So monitoring the displacement stress of the roller and roller axle bush parameters such as temperature is very necessary.Now Europe and the United States and other countries abroad have monitoring system of rotary kiln supporting roller,researchers report in the domestic,also did not see such monitoring system through study abroad rotary kiln roller and monitoring system,this paper designed the roller parameters on-line monitoring system based on Ethernet,the main research contents are as follows:Analysis of roller bearing stress changes in the process,if the kiln cylinder axial bending will exist by belting leather to radial or axial pressure roller,supporting shaft deflection will change periodically.So to determine the overall monitoring plan: in each belting leather and roller contact line,arrangement of displacement sensors to monitor displacement of roller changes.Kiln roller and the radial stress monitoring system design includes: hardware system structure and function structure;Build whole embedded hardware design,embedded development environment and write Linux drivers and applications.Labview is chosen as the PC system development platform,development of software programs.On-line monitoring software program has: automatic data analysis and storage;The state monitoring fault diagnosis and analysis;Dangerous levels of the display and alarm;It can take corresponding measures to guide the kiln is controlled timely tips to help the staff mechanical and adjustment of process parameters,avoid the roller kiln of failure.After the monitoring data of the ultra difference,Labview platform has SMS alarm functions,can be shown on the monitoring data of equipment personnel mobile phone app.Using the monitoring system will be able to prevent and reduce with roller kiln body related equipment failure,prolong the life of roller,improve the safe and efficient operation of rotary kiln,increase enterprise economic benefits.
