Quality management is an important part of enterprise management, is a combination oftechnology and management, it is to improve the quality of enterprise, enhance the marketcompetitiveness, the core production process is accelerated, and employee morale andimprove product after sale service means. This paper from the quality of management andbusiness management angle made some positive exploration to reduce energy consumption bysulfur recovery unit, namely to systematically link and in urgent need of VI sulfur recoveryunit can be optimized in production and operation to solve the problem, PDCA managementmode from practical use of statistical tools, orthogonal, carefully to collect data, and thenclassified on energy saving technology, according to the PDCA cycle management proceduresand closed management, go round and begin again to continuously rotate the fourth stage.Reduce energy consumption in the process, through the circulation management go round andbegin again, so as to realize the quality management level. Of course, not to solve and endfactor, can again PDCA loop prevention and optimization of active, a set of device PDCAcirculation pattern themselves and build.
