Large forging hydraulic press as the production of large-scale military equipmentand other large equipment necessary infrastructure, have been paid much attention byall over the world. Our country also attaches great importance to the research andapplication of large forging press. Organization in our country many repression theoriesand its control scheme to its in-depth study. Because of the large forging press tonnageis high and the research work is relatively complicated, so to use small tonnage ofsimilar institutions experiment platform for large forging press analogy research isnecessary.This paper introduces the large forging press experiment platform working process,technical requirements, Combination of hardware and software. Then introduces theexperimental platform with PLC as the control core, using new type of hydrauliccontroller, and total control scheme of the HNC to realize high precision control.In this paper, the electric control system on the platform of software and hardwaretwo parts respectively are introduced, the software system of HNC and module areanalyzed, and the experiments based on HNC internal pressure control methods andstrategies of different specifications and actual application. The parameter Settings ofthe system and make a concrete analysis module selection and introduction. And theidentified control scheme for the actual experiment.Building the experiment platform of the main control model and carries on thesimulation in MATLAB software, then determine the theoretical values of variousparameters, to control the pressure experiment played a guiding role.The experimental platform has been underway for installation, commissioning andtrial operation, and made a variety of experiments, get a lot of experimental data,through inductive analysis of the data, provide the basis for equipment design andmanufacture of same type.
