Process Parameters Decision-making Support System Design And Development For Gear Automatic Production Line

Process parameters decision making is the process of design, evaluation andselection of the manufacturing technology and manufacturing process, effective processparameters decision making can not only improve the efficiency of process design, butalso can improve the production efficiency and product quality.Although the product type of car transmission gear automatic production line issingle, actually the process parameters setting still has great flexibility and mobility.Based on the sub project “networking management and intelligent monitoring systemof gear production line” of “national science and technology main project", processparameters decision scheme, process parameter decision support system design anddevelopment issues of car transmission gear automatic production line are researched.Firstly, the characteristics and process requirements of car transmission gearautomatic production line are analyzed, based on the study of current decision methodand parameters of decision system research status at home and abroad, the framestructure and operation mode of car transmission gear automatic production line processparameters decision support system are illustrated.Secondly, case based reasoning is one of the important methods to realize theprocess parameter decision. The case representation method, construction of case base,case retrieval methods are discussed in this paper. Combined the theroy of case basedreasoning with the process feature of car transmission gear automatic production line,the realization plan of car transmission gear automatic production line processparameter decision based on case based reasoning is proposed.Finally, the design and development process of car transmission gear automaticproduction line process parameter decision system is disscussed in detail from systemdevelopment platform, system development technology, system function module design,the system database design and other aspects.The car transmission gear automatic production line process parameter decisionsystem designed and developed in this paper is currently in trial operation stage.
