In modern life, people can not get rid of the dependence of commodity packaging, packaging becomes the indispensable part of human civilization life. It has not only improved people’s life quality but also made a great contribution to the prosperity of economic market and beautification of people’s life. But, at the same time, packing also makes city garbage quantities increasing day by day, and has seriously threatened to nature ecological balance and human survival. In the background of World Low-carbon, as the major energy consumer, packaging, develops into low carbon industry has become an inevitable trend.Clothing, as one of large daily consumption goods, its packaging demand is also very tremendous. In this paper, through consulting a large number of relevant literature, the author firstly discusses the relationship between clothing packaging, clothing brand and environment, on this basis, the author researches and analyses the current brand clothing packaging market, It mainly includes the situations and problems of the current brand clothing packing, shopping places and consumer behaviors, and researches of low-carbon behavior consciousness between consumer and apparel industry, etc. Researches show that most of the consumer care about clothing packing form and material when they buy brand clothing; Three-quarters of consumers are not satisfied with current brand clothing packaging; About Eighty percentof consumers support clothing low-carbon packing. How to make the packaging adapt to the low-carbon environmental protection requirement, and reduce the carbon footprint, it is worth studying and thinking about.Taking the brand clothing packaging as the research object, from the rapid development network sale situation, utilizing Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), choosing a domestic network clothing brand packaging as the research object, through the considerations of clothing packing circulation link, as well as low-carbon footprint calculations of its life cycle’s each links, this paper, constructs clothing packaging carbon footprint impact model. The result shows that, the packing material production process and waste link carbon footprint proportion is the largest, carbon footprint usage amount during processing and circulation is relatively less. But, at present, due to production links carbon emissions amount reduceed and restricted by industry technical, This paper, from the design point of view, based on clothing packaging green cycle chain, takes low carbon environmental protection as the goal, find out low carbon link of clothing packaging, from clothing product packaging design, materials, recovery, process, and structure links, Looks for the possibility of low carbon, put forward the brand clothing packaging low carbon design mode, Design concept and design idea, analyse and prove with a great number of foreign and domestic example images.
