Mine Backhoe Loader major work in narrow spaces or small mine tunnel for grilling,digging and loading operations. According to a company of ZWY-80/18.5Mine BackhoeLoader, this paper conducts remote transform research, and designs a wired remote controlprototype. It aims to be away from the harsh hazardous work area for the operator based onthe remote control prototype, improving the operating environment and operating strength,safety and comfort.This paper analyzes the remote-controlled machinery operation research and theBackhoe Loader operations research. Research and analyze on the manipulation operations ofZWY-80/18.5Mine Backhoe Loader, and find that there are some problems, such as harshoperating environment, security risks and great manipulation effort and so on. To solve theproblems, this paper work is as follows:On the basis of the original whole structure, hydraulic and electrical systems, operatingprocedures, and work environment, proposing the design of setting up control room onground for Backhoe Loader in mines, and remote control it over the control wire. Design theoverall structure remote control system, which is divided into three components, namely,hydraulic systems, electrical systems and video surveillance systems, so as to facilitate theimplementation of specific research and design.According to the requirements of electro-hydraulic remote control prototype andelectro-hydraulic transformation methods, adopt the design ideas based on electro-hydraulicproportional multi-channel valve and choose the main hydraulic components models andparameters. Then on the object of the company’s existing XYZL-F20L hydraulic controlvalve, especially, proposing theoretical analysis and simulation studies on high-speed valvefor the guide of valve’s electro-hydraulic control. Introduce the high-speed valvecharacteristics and electro-hydraulic control principle, establish the mathematical models andAMESim simulation models of high-speed valve control multi-channel valve spool andsimulation analysis of the oil control chamber pressure, the main spool displacement and PID regulation, which demonstrates the feasibility and provides guidance of the further reducingcosts optimization on the electro-hydraulic system for the company. In the electrical system,increase remote electrical part on the basis of the original, plan a remote control panel andanalyze the handle control valve electrical system and the control cable. In order to achieveremote control, design the control box electrical diagram on machine and the consoleelectrical diagram. Then using the building monitoring system as a video surveillancemonitoring system, make a monitoring system plan for the Mine Backhoe Loader, select thevarious monitoring equipment based on the related technologies of building monitoringsystem, including cameras, transmitters, Quad, electronic image stabilization control andmonitor etc., design the position for monitors in the control room and the monitoringperspective on machine. It extends remote operation horizons for the out of sight control.Finally, conduct installation of remote control system and test the grill and dig operations.In this paper, through install remote design on ZWY-80/18.5Mine Backhoe Loader,there is practical value on Mine Backhoe Loader to improve the operating environment andoperating strength, improve operating safety and comfort. The remote control system and theprototype have instruction and guidance on further research and study for the Mine BackhoeLoader.
