Design Of Hydraulic System For Small Loader In Coal Mine

At this stage,the main way to clean out the waste rock in our country's underground pit is to rely on manpower to complete.As the drilling field is very narrow,the general construction machinery can not enter the operation.This kind of manpower cleaning method is very time-consuming and consuming,and it directly restricts the automation of down hole operation.Since the development of a small loader suitable for drilling operations has just started,the study of the hydraulic system of this device is of great significance.Referring to the parameters of an underground loader and the actual working conditions of a drilling field,the hydraulic system of a small loader in a coal mine is designed.According to the working conditions of the small loader in the drilling field,the parameters of the hydraulic cylinder,walking motor,motor and other components are calculated,and the components of the hydraulic system are selected according to the parameters.The pump system of the small loader hydraulic system is designed.Each integrated valve block and tank are designed,and each part is assembled as a hydraulic pump station.According to the control of small underground loader hydraulic system requirements,design the device of the PLC control system,and the hardware of control system selection,input and output ports are allocated to prepare the hardware selection and control program of PLC.In the AMEsim software,the simulation model of underground and small loaders matching established,calculated by the data obtained before,set the simulation parameters of the hydraulic system design for the simulation,analysis of the displacement characteristics of flow characteristics of each subsystem,the pressure characteristics,the oil cylinder piston rod,the simulation results show that the hydraulic system the design meets the design requirements,and provide necessary guidance for the improvement of design.
