The mining truck is one of the most important transportation facilities in the giant stripmine. The hoisting hydraulic system is an important part of the mining truck. The study ofthe hoisting hydraulic system is important to improve the operating performance andoperation efficiency of the domestic mining truck.In this paper,the hoisting hydraulic system of the90t mining truck is designed andresearched. Some kinds of the hoisting hydraulic systems of the mining trucks are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of the hoisting hydraulic systems are analyzed. Based onthe analysis,a hoisting hydraulic system for the90t mining truck is put forward. The workingprinciple of the hoisting hydraulic system is described. The matching research is done on thehoisting hydraulic system, including the calculation and selection of matching parameters ofthe hydraulic component. AMESim is used to build the simulation models of the cylinders,the cartridge valves and the hydraulic hoisting system. AMESim is also used to research thehoisting process of the90t mining truck. The dynamic performance simulation of the hoistinghydraulic system is done inAMESim environment. The results of hoisting hydraulic systemdynamic simulation show that the parameters of the hydraulic components are appropriate forthe hoisting hydraulic system, and the design of the hoisting hydraulic system is reasonableand practicable. |
