In recent years,China's coal industry has developed rapidly,and underground mechanical and electrical equipment has been continuously upgraded and upgraded,and the requirements for coal mine power supply systems are also more stringent.Due to the complicated underground environment of the coal mine,the equipment is affected by the environmental and operational personnel's technical level,and it is prone to leakage,short circuit and other faults,which may cause problems such as"overstepping".Therefore,research on coal mine underground power monitoring system has research value and practical significance for improving production efficiency and reducing casualties.This paper studies the coal mine power monitoring and protection technology,and designs the coal mine power monitoring system in a targeted manner to solve the problem of overstepping the coal mine power supply system.On the basis of analyzing the research status of coal mine power monitoring system at home and abroad,the characteristics of coal mine power supply network are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the coal mine power supply system itself,the equipment environment is complex,the causes of various types of over-the-counter trips in the underground are analyzed,and the protection technology of the anti-stepping trip is mainly studied.The distributed area protection technology,sub-station centralized control protection technology,communication cascade blocking protection technology,and fiber longitudinal differential protection technology are analyzed and compared.According to the characteristics of Wenjiapo coal mine power monitoring system,the fiber longitudinal differential protection technology is adopted.As a solution.This paper designs the coal mine power monitoring system according to actual needs,and determines the specific tasks and processes of the main station hardware and software design.The sub-station of coal mine power monitoring system is designed with DSP and ARM S3C2510 as the core.The STM32F207 is used as the core to design the anti-leap-level trip blocking protection controller.The software part mainly carries out the main control module main program,interrupt processing program and communication interface program.The software part of the anti-override trip blocking protection controller is designed based on the anti-stepping trip method.Taking the power monitoring system of Wenjiapo Coal Mine as an example,the technical status of the power supply system is analyzed,and the coal mine underground power monitoring system is tested and operated.The system has been proven to be stable and safe.Through the research on the power monitoring system of Wenjiapo Coal Mine and the protection technology of the off-level trip,this paper can effectively protect the safety of the coal mine power supply network,and put forward effective methods for avoiding the leap-level trip,and better achieve various design goals.To some extent,it has solved the problem of large-area impact caused by the failure of coal mine underground equipment.
