The speed of the conveyer belt and quality inspection machine is different in the glassware production line, which leads to the phenomena of bottles squeeze, overturning and unsustainable conveyer belt operation. The main purpose of this article is to realize automatic speed regulation of the glassware production line, which solves the problems of bottles squeeze, overturning and unsustainable conveyer belt operation. Operating principle of glassware production line automation speed regulation scheme and major factors influencing production line control quality are analyzed in this paper. Glassware production line automation speed regulation control scheme is designed,determining the major technology parameters; Fuzzy control strategy of automation speed regulation system is established and fuzzy controller of automation speed regulation system is designed in this paper; PLC, frequency converter and touch panel, etc are used to establish the hardware platform. Automation speed regulation control system is simulated with the help of MATLAB software, optimizing control system parameters; PROFIBUS-DP communication network of whole system is established and test research of loop-locked variable frequency speed regulation control system is completed on simulation experiment platform, of which the whole system is optimized and adjusted based on the results.Mechanical and electrical equipment technology of daily glass industry is studied in this paper. Research is developed around synchronization control and communication between speed regulation system and multiple conveyer belts, in which intelligent control theory, micro electronic technique, experiment system implement and test, etc are involved. The concrete research work of this article are as follows:Firstly, automatic speed regulation system is designed in this article. The time of latter glassware passing photoelectric sensor got by detection is as feedback signal to adjust revolving speed of conveyer belt. Fuzzy control is adopted to adjust revolving speed of conveyer belt, improving accuracy of speed control and stationarity of speed change.Secondly, glassware production line motion control technology scheme of multiple conveyer belts is established to complete the target as which erasing the phenomena of bottles squeeze and overturning. Synchronous control system of high speed and precision combining PLC and converters is constructed in this paper.Thirdly, network communication scheme of multiple conveyer belts unit is established based on PROFIBUS-DP communication network, increasing coordination control ability, regulatory control ability and parameter adjustment ability of many specifications among conveyer belts. The touch panel is used to monitoring and setting parameters. Linkage control of real sense is realized through touch panel monitoring and setting parameters.
