Over the past decade, the rapid development of China’s economy, driven by the highdemand for material production and social life. Structural model of coal as the main energysource, and the social demand for energy production, making the coal industry has entered anew period of rapid development. Expanding coal mining, production can continue to improve, making the coal industry easy one-sided pursuit of economic efficiency, and safety wasneglected. With the social consciousness of humanistic care deeply rooted, and the nationalsafe production of supervision has intensified. Against this background, making coal minesafety-related technologies are constantly improved. Coal mine safety monitoring system as animportant safeguard coal mine production safety technical measures play an important role inits production. Equipped to deal with the development of faster, higher transmission ratemonitoring system is one of the important measures to meet the coal mine production safety.Since modern coal mining high degree of mechanization, large mining area, thetraditional monitoring and control stations using single chip microprocessor mostly lower interms of data processing and control functions to enhance the potential for a large number ofsensors in the face of data sent over and control appeared to be inadequate when the associatedequipment. In this paper, the new32-bit embedded ARM processor and DSP processor, usingits advantage in the control and data processing functions, the design of a new dual-core CPUmonitoring sub-station.This paper studies this new type of stand design involved three issues: One division offunctions using the embedded processor. Second, the two processor hardware architecture andsoftware design shared data communication in data processing. Third, the use of embeddedoperating system designed for the relevant data processing, communication and other aspectsof the software. hrough the study of these three questions, given the structure of the sub-stationprocessor model, the use of ARM processors for control and management of substationequipment itself, DSP processor for high-speed data processing. Both processors in the choice of means of communication data sharing, Use an embedded operating system driverdevelopment-related functions, making sub-station itself can meet the design requirements andcan meet the site.
