Nowadays society, coal is one of the major energy sources. The products of coalare essential in multiple industries, such as steelmaking, rubber and plastic products,generate electricity, heating and so on. The coal mine is complicated and changing.Gas, water gushing, caving and many other dangerous will threat the safety ofworkers at any time. As the complex and changing environment, the issue of how toachieve high efficiency while maximizing the protection of wokers’ safety alwaystriggered a heated discussion in current coal field.Modern mining technology in the early80’s of last century, the national "863"plan to put forward a combination of radio technology to develop unmanned coal faceof, make workers outside the coal mining face location controlling of shearer, scraperconveyor and hydraulic support. China coal industry now has entered the era of greatdevelopment, from the beginning of2000, has several large state-owned coal group ofexperimental mining working face of unmanned, the results are successful, which laida strong foundation for the development of unmanned coal face.The End Station is a coal mining machine man-machine interface, control thecoal mining machine in the traditional sense, it has the advantages of small volume,low power consumption, low price, safe and reliable to Shearer transceiver commandtasks, the main task is to complete the end station system for people to coal miningmachine and control parameters and running state of the coal mining machine control.The end station is mainly composed of simple, small size, low power consumption,low cost, embedded a fully functional micro control system.The topic of this paper is to control the remote radio to coal mining machineaccording to the premise of the coal industry for the country to vigorously develop theunmanned coal mining face under the. This paper is based on the embedded microcontroller C8051F041as the core, supplemented by wireless micro shearer end stationsystem remote radio controller CC2430/1as the core of radio system. In this system,C8051F041is used as controller and processor of the system, all the signals areprocessed into the bus, and the wireless microcontroller CC2430/1as the wirelessmicro controller, its main role is the transmission and reception of radio signals andpositioning of shearer moving in, and all the received signal into the microcontrollercontroller C8051F041for processing.By testing the End Station test models,the results are as follows: (1) Embedded micro controller C8051F041can complete the realization ofinstruction receiving and processing, LCD display and21control keys. To achievesmooth and CAN bus, CC2430/1wireless microcontroller serial communicationbetween.(2) Wireless micro control system in a rock tunnel simulation of undergroundenvironment, every50meters to set a fixed node, can guarantee the accuracy of signaltransmission case successfully completed the wireless signal transceiver and thelocalization of unknown node.
