Research On Establishing Huayan Coal Mine Safety Management System

Safety is an eternal subject of human beings and one of the most basic human needs,andis the production enterprise’s top priority. Not only the party and the state have a greatimportance to the work of production safety, the attention of society to the problem of safetyin production is more common and sharp. Safety production is the comprehensive reflectionof social productivity development level and the foundation of economic development and thebasic, the premise and guarantee of social progress. Safety is an important content of theconstruction of a harmonious society and the "China dream".Coal mine safety managementsystem is to realize "zero casualties” purpose of coal mine safety in production, and issignificant in development of coal mine safety work.This paper, taking to establish HuaYan coal mine safety management system as the goal,firstly elaborated the related safety management system theory and defined the constituentpart of safety management system, which laid the foundation of the of HuaYan coal minesafety management system. Then it used security questionnaire to thoroughly investigate andanalyze the existing problems in the Hua Yan coal mine safety management, and on this basisestablished HuaYan coal mine safety management system which were composed by four partsof man safety management system, machine safety management system, environment safetymanagement and management safety system. It has safeguarded Hua-yan coal mine safetyproduction, and promoted the safety management level, and realized the green safety andefficiency in mining of Hua Yan coal mine.
