Reasonable roadway supporting is the essential condition of coal mine safety inproduction, especially with the mining getting deeper, the surrounding rock stressapparently appeares serious,and the roadway maintenance is getting more and moredifficult.Roadway support in soft rock coal mining is also a big problem in the field ofsupport.At present, the anchor wire rope composite support in production practice andtheory is an advanced way of support.If this support theory in soft rock roadways can beused well, there must considerable values can be obtained.The method of the combination of network and cable in soft rock tunnel excavationcompound supporting technology has been carried on for system research,based on thecombination of the laboratory experiment, theoretical analysis and engineering practiceand field monitoring. In Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology institute ofmining engineering laboratory,the physical and mechanical parameters of surrounding rockfrom the field are measured,and they can provide basic datas for the research;According toHuang Yuchuan on six specific problems in the coal seam mining in coal mine, in thispaper the research of the roadways support theory focuses on the combination of thefollowing factors such as surrounding rock of roadway destruction type and mechanism,the bolt (anchor) theory, analysis of factors influencing the quality of the bolt support, onthis basis for roadway support theory research;According to the physical state and thetesting mechanism of the loose circle, comparing various types of testing methods,and thenwith the ultrasonic detection method,the paper gets the field loose circle datas of the level6on coal-540m horizontal return wind tunnel using PDH-2type acoustic detectionequipment with the Single hole detection method. Finally the range of the loose circle isfrom1.34m to1.60m. And according to the classification of the based rock loose circle,thesurrounding rock is soft rock,belonged to middle loose circle. Reference to the supportingprinciple and form of the soft weak rock, this paper uses a way of support named "Bolt+Anchor+Metal Mesh+W strip";Based on the theory of the loose circle of supportinganalysis,in the paper the calculation of the anchor parameters uses the method of thecombination arch theory and the suspension theory to calculate the parameters of the anchor rod;According to the parameters of the calculation results, this paper selects fourprimary supporting plans,then uses the FLAC3Dsoftware numerical to simulate the variousdifferent directions stress nephogram, displacement contours and the plastic zonedistribution etc of each primary support plan,and draws the radial displacement and thestress line chart of surrounding rock,and finally the simulation results are detailedqualitative and quantitative analysis, then the support plan is determined.After usingpost-processing software Tecplot, selecting the typical displacement nephogram and themaximum principal stress diagram,the final support scheme is confirmed;In the excavationand recovery period of the roadway,the paper gets some datas from the below measurments:the displacement observation to the roadway roof, floor and the two sides using the "cross"distribution method,the deformation monitoring to the deep and shallow points using thedouble height roof separation indicator,and observations to the rod force with the bolttension instrument.Then the paper collects the datas together,such as bolt drawing linechart analysis, and this support theory is a practical and effective support form to HuangYuchuan six coal mine coal seam mining. It can provide the theory basis for controlling thedeformation of the surrounding rock and the optimization of anchor parameters.
