The support of the soft rock roadway has always been a problem in coal mine safety production. According to the surrounding conditions of the coal mine, choosing the program which is reasonable in technology, feasible on the economic, safe and reliable, viable support scheme, has great realistic significance to the safety support of the roadway undoubtedly.To simulate the variation of stresses in soft rock roadway excavation and support by means of numerical simulation, is a good way to solve the difficulties encountered at the scene.This thesis is based on the theory of surrounding rock stability in coal mine roadway, the research background is Lingquan mine of Zhalainuoer Coal Co., Ltd. Then simulate the excavation and supporting process under different support method, analyzes the results, selects the optimal supporting scheme finally. Then uses CMT(A) experimental apparatus to test the support at the scene and conduct laboratory study. The results show that we can take the mass form a stability bearing body to improve the carrying capacity of rock and to provide the basic conditions for the realization of a large section of roadway into Lane by a reasonable program, which uses bolt, anchor and steel supporting role to play rock. In addition, that also guarantees the safety of workers and cancels the part of the roadway expansion turn, saving material. It has achieved a great economic and social benefit.
