In recent years, the exploitation of the coal has kept increasing, deep and complex geologicalconditions of coal will become the future direction of development of coal resources mining.Inthis trend, the compound top plate seam roadway of support will be one of the issues studied indetail.Composite roof seam coal is widely distributed in China, the ability to support areasonable solution to the problem composite roof, and will be related to coal mining safetydepth development.In this paper, Shenhua Wuhai Energy Co., Ltd.16404Face Laoshidan coal haulage roadwayway of supporting research background, research method of the combination of theoreticalanalysis and numerical simulation, the composite roof roadway supporting is studied.The thesis summed research status of domestic and international about roof of the compound,on the compound roof roadway of the deformation and failure characteristics of the systemanalysis, combined with some experts and scholars on the compound roof strata understandingof the concept of composite roof analysis results;in-depth analysis of the the deformation andfailure characteristics of composite roof, the force characteristics and formation conditions ofroadway roof separation of roadway roof, through the16404Lao-shidan mine stope roadwayscene investigation, summarized the impact of roadway deformation and failure results themain factors include special engineering geological conditions, physical and mechanicalproperties of rock, bolting methods, anchoring materials, preload,construction quality and rockmechanics and hydrogeological conditions.16404Laoshidan mine coal mining face straight arched tunnel Compound Roof wall thicknessis greater than2.5m, the bolt can not be anchored to the roof of hard rock steady, through theaction of compound roof roadway bolt and support mechanism and the anchor memberin-depth analysis of the rod supporting design methods, reference16404face haulageexperience and support of existing methods,16404stope bolting roadway transportation shouldbe a combination of arch and suspension theory as the theoretical basis for supportingdesign.Bolt Supporting through the selection of combination of theory and arch suspension combining a set of optimized calculated bolt (cable) support parameters to optimize theresulting theoretical basis supporting parameters, combined with the finite difference softwareFLAC3D software roadway section form, row spacing and bolt preload match between theanchor cable was simulated to optimize the stability analysis, research results:①straight wallarched roadway is more appropriate;②bolt row distance of0.8m when the roadway is moreideal;③bolt, cable pretension force75kN,120kN while retaining the effect is morereasonable.This study suggests that anchor cable while supporting design combined with alarger value in engineering, to address the whole Lao-shidan coal mine in Wuhai protect theweak seams provide a theoretical basis roadway under complex roof conditions.
