A new general flexible suspending hanging fixture for SG engineering physicaldiagnostic components with special application is designed and analyzed in this article,which is applied to the large laser devices"SG-Ⅲ ". This equipment has thecharacteristics of adapting to the different hanging diameter and spacing, and manualfine-tuning in installment. It is suitable for installing the existing compositions, which isable to improve the efficiency of compositions with a very large application value.On the basis of the practical installation requirements of SG engineering physicaldiagnostic components, several feasibility projects are provided to deal with therealization of its function and the characteristics of every project are carefully described,determining the integral design project after different project are compared andanalyzed. The detailed structural design is present according to the overall designproject. The general flexible suspending hanging fixture mainly consists of three parts,including adjustable holding devices, autorotation devices and adjusting pitch attitudedevices, realizing the regulation of each free degree of components. In this study, weclarify the design principles of compositions and analyze mechanical features of eachpart of composition and calculate the intensity of the key components. After completingthe integral mechanical design, general flexible fixture for SG engineering physicaldiagnostic components is studied by static and dynamic analysis to guarantee thereliability and the rationality of the design. A corresponding finite element model isestablished, simulating the equilibrium process of pedestal by Ansys analysis softwareto offer various angles of components and the length of the hoist wire rope reaching theequilibrium position. By static analysis of the overall equipment, stress and deformationare obtained under different conditions, which are basis for static reliability tested. Thevibration modes and natural frequencies are obtained to avoid resonating.Kinetics study of boom’s attitude adjusting mechanism and pedestal’s pitchadjusting mechanism are carried out in this article. Corresponding kinetic model ofhanging fixture is established based on the equivalent element method, and dynamicsimulation is performed by Adams software. The kinetic characteristics and dynamicresponses of these mechanisms are analyzed by dynamic simulation, which provides atheoretical basis for structure optimization.
