The mouse hole is a device that picks up a single root in the process of oil drilling,which plays an indispensable role in the oil drilling process.But one hand,in the traditional oil drilling process in our country,the mouse hole grafting procedure requires the operator to operate manually,and with the labor intensity of the drilling worker is large,the working conditions are poor and the safety is low,Wellhead mechanization improvement is urgent;On the other hand,the emergence of top drive makes it possible to change the single root to the three-joint unit in the drilling process,which can save the drilling time and improve the drilling efficiency.All of this has promoted the study of a new dynamic mouse hole with a function of centering and stretching.Most of the new dynamic mouse hole has been widely used at present,in view of its inability to ensure that the vertical drop of the drill pipe and a great impact on the bottom caused by the drill pipe when it falls into the bottom,after carefully check the data and related documents,proposed to improve the design of new dynamic mouse hole with a righting clamp device.After searching the working parameters of the existing mouse hole,the new type of dynamic mouse hole device can handle the diameter of the pipe range of 76mm-254 mm.The main parts of the new clamping centering device are two sets of roller device,which are arranged up and down in the vertical plane,When the drill pipe into the mouse hole,the two sets of roller device under the push of hydraulic cylinder close to the middle synchronously and clamp drill pipes to ensure that the drill pipes drop vertically and avoid the friction between the inner wall of the mouse hole.Besides,the roller device connected with the hydraulic system,using artificial-control hydraulic system to brake roller rotation,by changing the size of the friction between rollers and drill pipe to the purpose of slowing down the falling pipe.After determining the design scheme of the new dynamic mouse hole,the main components of the dynamic mouse hole with a righting clamp device are calculated and checked in detail,and the standard parts are calculated and selected.After determining the size of the main parts,drawing two-dimensional parts and assembly drawings,and then compared the two-dimensional graphics to draw three-dimensional modeling and assembly.The ANSYS simulation analysis of the structure mainly includes two aspects of statics and dynamics.Static analysis is mainly on the stress of complex parts,the thesis selects two parts of roller and inner shell,the force calculation of reference in the design process of part load,the calculation results ofthe stress and displacement output are analyzed.In the calculation of the roller,because of the rotation of the roller,the force of the keyway has been changing,so after analyzing the initial position of the roller(The centerline of the two key grooves is on a vertical surface),analyzes roller rotating 45 degrees,90 degrees,135 degrees of displacement and stress cloud diagram respectively.The dynamic analysis is mainly to carry out the modal analysis of the gear in the clamping and centering device,avoiding the formation of resonance due to the gear speed and the natural frequency synchronization,which can cause damage to the clamping device.
